The Palazzo Reviews
I cannot say enough about Palazzo!!! Whether it is dine in or ordered to go, we have never had a bad experience here. Wait staff is amazing and the owner is one of the nicest people I've met! Lobster cooked beautifully, steaks cooked to perfection, the pasta was so flavorful and the salads were perfect. It's a quiet little spot but once you find it, you will be back!! Definite must do for our family!
Terrible service. They rushed to get the plates out without finishing the food to get you out quickly. The owner was very disrespectful. The atmosphere was dark and small. Food was cold and tasted plain with no flavors. The location of the restaurant is terrible, located in a terrible neighborhood with very little parking spots available. The prices are very high. Save your money and go somewhere else.

The Chef and owner has a wonderful personality that shines through in his food. The owner takes pride in their work and is often seen greeting guests and stopping by tables, adding to the warm atmosphere. The Palazzo delivered an outstanding evening with a great variety of dishes. The fresh baked Italian bread with olive oil was so good. This west side neighborhood restaurant is located only about 10 to 15 minutes west of downtown.
