The Palazzo Reviews
The Palazzo in Cleveland delivered an outstanding evening. The food presentation was excellent, with a great variety of dishes, excellent craft cocktails, and a well chosen wine list with very reasonable prices. The service was attentive, the atmosphere warm and inviting, and the restaurant spotless throughout. It has the comfortable charm of a true west side neighborhood restaurant, located only about 10 to 15 minutes west of downtown. We look forward to returning soon.
Chef Raphael & Staff were the greatest and the food even better! The Ravioli was amazing! Thank you so much!
I cannot say enough about Palazzo!!! Whether it is dine in or ordered to go, we have never had a bad experience here. Wait staff is amazing and the owner is one of the nicest people I've met! Lobster cooked beautifully, steaks cooked to perfection, the pasta was so flavorful and the salads were perfect. It's a quiet little spot but once you find it, you will be back!! Definite must do for our family!

Recent reviews highlight the excellent presentation and delicious flavors of dishes like the lamb shank, gnocchi, lobster ravioli, pappardelle bolongese, and sacchetti, with additional praise for the boar and peppered steak. Although steaks are noted as a slight weakness, the pasta dishes are always good, and the specials are consistently well-received. Drinks also receive accolades, with excellent craft cocktails and a well-chosen wine list at very reasonable prices. The restaurant has a welcoming atmosphere, with plenty of room between tables to keep noise levels down, and the music is not loud, which is a major plus. The staff is helpful and pleasant, making guests feel welcome, and the service is efficient, polite, and outstanding. Many visitors consider The Palazzo a hidden gem worth visiting, feeling like an authentic Italian spot with dishes made with love. Giuseppe, one of the waiters, is particularly noted for being friendly and offering great recommendations. The owner takes pride in their work, often seen greeting guests and stopping by tables, adding to the warm atmosphere. The Palazzo delivered an outstanding evening with a great variety of dishes. The fresh baked Italian bread with olive oil was so good.
