Normally don’t leave reviews but my experience here was so positive, I felt I needed to. Brought my father here for his birthday lunch and was blown away by this experience. The food, the service, the atmosphere, I was also visited by the manager Jacqueline. Could not have had a better afternoon with Dad.

TownHall on West 25th never disappoints! The food is always exceptional —fresh, flavorful, and consistently great every single time. You can truly tell they care about quality and presentation.
What really sets this place apart, though, is the staff. Everyone is so friendly, welcoming, and attentive. A special shoutout to Layla, who I dealt with yesterday—she was absolutely wonderful, so kind and helpful, and made the whole experience even better. Rose was also fantastic and added to the warm, positive vibe.
Thank you for being 100% organic, non-GMO and 100% beef tallow!
One small suggestion that would make an already great experience even better would be having wet naps available on the tables, especially with some of the hand held dishes. Other than that, everything was excellent.

I didn’t have any food, although I didn’t want an empty section on my review to reflect my experience. Zoe greeted me immediately and made me feel welcome, from the bar near the patio, as soon as I walked in. She provided me with menus and a water while I looked them through. It was close to closing time, but Greg crafted me a thirst quenching beverage from me explaining what i was looking for in a flavor profile. Great experience, excellent service, and a desire for wanting more! Will definitely be back!!

Townhall is the only restaurant my husband and I enjoy going out to. The food is always fantastic! My husband got the wings and a burger and I got a salad and burger and it was delicious as always! The restaurant was crowded the night we went and our reservation was getting pushed back . Rose immediately took care of the situation and sat us at a table and sent over a server to start us with drinks. Thank you Rose for taking such great care of us!
