Everything about this restaurant is great. The food, the service, etc. However- due to lack of proper parking getting there and out of there on a busy night is a total nightmare that makes the whole experience be completely worthless.

I have been going here for years the food and atmosphere are always so pleasant. Yesterday 4/11/24 was the first time I've received such terrible service at this restaurant. One of my friends ordered a dish for himself and the same one to-go for his wife. Upon receiving his order, he wished to swap out the chicken for shrimp on the take-home order for his wife. He found the chicken too dry. The waitress coldly responded "I already placed the order" and did not allow him to make modifications. If I were him, I would have just canceled the order but he was so nice and brushed it off. You shouldn't expect people to pay for something they don't want. Especially when they provide enough notice and are extremely kind about it. The waitress brought us our checks and it wasn't until we overheard the waitress at the next table that we realized we were never offered dessert. The restaurant wasn't busy but to be fair, we were sitting and chatting for a while as we waited on our friends. I think the waitress wanted us out. Still, my friend was ordering drinks and we all ordered appetizers, entrees, or both once we were all present. Before we left, my friend asked for a lid to her salad dressing because she wished to take it home. The waitress came around the corner, tossed the lid on the table, and immediately walked away without uttering a word. We all still tipped as we normally would but I wish I hadn't. It did not feel hospitable at all. I have never gone out of my way to write a negative review before and I am just very disappointed.

Had a party of 12 and they were able to serve us reasonably quickly. We had the calamari which was pretty good and crispy. I had the bolognese which was okay tasted a bit bland compared to the other dishes. The chicken Marsala was also okay, the sauce tasted a bit too sweet instead of having a more savory flavor. The gnocchi with shrimp was probably the best dish as well as the mussels, clams, and lobster ravioli. Eggplant Parmesan also looked great and was well liked by the crowd. Overall the whole group enjoyed the food and had a fantastic time at the restaurant. Also the parking is free and is “valet” but we ended up parking the car ourselves, finding parking in the little Italy is impossible so this made life easy.

My siblings and spouses and I enjoyed a fabulous lunch. My tortellini was in a delightful creamy sauce. Everyone was thrilled with those choices. Portions were large! Prices were reasonable. You should all go there!

During a summer staycation, we went to explore Little Italy in Cleveland. We have visited a few places in Little Italy and Trattoria was next on our list.We were able to sit on the outdoor patio since the weather was beautiful. There are a number of tables with umbrellas to keep you in the shade.We ordered a few drinks and browsed the menu. We both have a love for Chicken and Eggplant Parm and Trattoria is known for their Eggplant Parm. I can say, both were AMAZING! They were cooked perfectly and stayed crispy. The sauce had a great flavor and rounded out the dish. We both loved our meals as well as the wonderful bruschetta they brought out.We can check Trattoria off of our Little Italy list, however, this will not be the last time we visit!!

Trattoria has become a Little Italy favorite of mine. I have nothing negative to say. Positives are many. I do very much appreciate that they are open for lunch. This sets Trattoria apart from many restaurants in the area. I also appreciate that they have a parking lot. It is no surprise to anyone familiar with Little Italy that parking can be problematic in the neighborhood. The service is beyond reproach. I am a huge fan of the Con Carne Pizza, the Eggplant Parmesan, the Carrot Cake and the Tiramisu
