It's food. It's edible. Congrats, it's a restaurant! If you're in a bind because you forgot your lunch at home, sure go ahead and feel free to eat here. If you want something that's a step above passable food, try anyone of the other numerous places nearby. I can't really say I'd recommend this place...even for the smoothies.

Food was good (Chicken Caprese Sandwich and a couple smoothies), for $19, which is comparable to the stores adjacent. Not sure what the complaints about staff are, they were nice. Parking at Lot 22 on Mayfield Rd was another dollar for one hour.

Great smoothies! 2 stars during busy hours because it's SLOOOOOOWW. Not uncommon to wait 20 minutes for a smoothie. 4 stars any other time. Service is a 4/5. Ordering in the app will save you time, but there's no place for comments or custom fields if you want to substitute something so you have to call them quickly to tell them :(
This location is a little bit harder to get to, if you're having to park and walk to it. However, it was clean and staff were very pleasant. I love the smoothies here and can't find any other place that does as good with them. Definitely recommend because you get a good amount for the price, unlike some shops.

The food here is very good, and the smoothies are typically excellent. My personal favorite is the pleasantly tart Kiwi-Strawberry. However, avoid this restaurant at high-volume times, where its uncoordinated kitchen slows to a glacial pace.

If you don't mind waiting 30+ minutes for a simple order for food or a smoothie then go here. I don't recommend. I literally placed an online order and when I went to pick it up they hadn't even began the order. While I waited for then to complete my order no one updated me on the status of the order. 15 min into waiting I asked the staff of it was ready and they said the sandwich was but not the smoothie! It was only me and one other customer in the store along with 5 STAFF! Terrible service.

So it's been a few years now that I've been stopping in and the tacos are gone. Long gone. They have replaced most the menu with wraps. Thry also no longer serve soft drinks. That's a bummer because their smoothies all contain sugar. If you don't want sugar you have to tell them. Thry disguise this fact by labeling with a "T" word. Lame. Parking is in the back for a fee. The service is hit or miss.
