Visited the Vault and the server/bartender accidentally ran our credit card for our tab and someone else’s tab, didn’t tell us/say anything about the mistake but spent 10+ minutes processing our payment, we saw the multiple charges the next day and realized we were charged $125+ that we didn’t spend, have called 10+ times to try to get assistance in getting reimbursement and have received zero assistance/call backs/ or refunds.

Came here specifically for an espresso martini based off reviews only to find out it was premixed. Over rated. Expensive drinks and no vibe. Music was non existent. So many lounge areas to sit that are completely quiet.

I really wanted to visit the vault because it seemed so cool! I wasn't sure of what to expect, but I thought someone would seat us or something. No one was there to seat us and we were able to go look at all the rooms. I'm not sure if those are usually reserved or if you can go take your drink to the room. We're not really big drinkers and we were really just there for the atmosphere and to see the vault. After we looked around, I didn't really feel like I needed to drink there, so we just left. I probably would've ordered something, but it was pretty empty and no one greeted or even talked to us, so we just left. I'm satisfied with my experience though! It was pretty cool!

The place itself is awesome and so interesting, however, the service was awful. It was Saturday night and not very busy and they had 4 bartenders, none of which smiled, greeted anyone or seemed in any hurry to serve anyone. They all looked and acted as if they hated being there. In an hour we managed to get 1 drink and basically had to yell to get their attention to even get our tab.

Very cool spot for a cocktail. The drink menu has some creative options and classic cocktails. They make the best espresso martini. Each room located around the bar has its own private ambiance. There is plenty of space to find your own little nook or share some of the larger seating areas.

My friend and I stopped at vault for some drinks after about 3 years and we're shocked to see how deserted it looked. On a Saturday evening at 9 there were 2 people sitting at the bar and a bartender who was not even attentive. We sat down and were looking around to be acknowledged and were finally handed a couple of menus. Then the bartender started talking to another bartender that had come down from one of the other bars. We ended up leaving and went to the Eden. I had been sending my friends to this place who were coming from our of town and all this time I had no idea that this place looked like this. What a disappointment.
