Kind of a sketchy landlord, they wanted to pay electrical on my behalf but when I switched it into my name it turns out they charge over a $50 service charge which actually cost more than my electric bill that first month. They just knocked on my door at 7 pm on a Saturday about "missing rent" despite me telling Apartment Manager it was paid and it not being missing. I would not recommend this company due to these sketchy business practices.
Location was super convenient for working in Lakewood. Great nightlife, convenient for not needing a car. Found a rental in the building on Zillow, really loved living downtown and walking to the Browns and Cavs games.
Great location. If you like the restaurant or bar scene there is plenty to walk through. Also great for browns games. My apartment had hardwoods and a washer/dryer in it with tall ceilings. Rent was also fair compared to some of the other complexes near by. I rented a unit that was privately owned, 411 and the view was awesome! Moved after finishing up grad school this summer but it was a nice place.
Lived there for about two years when I was working in Ohio City. Just moved a month ago. Location was great, love having a place for my dog to walk outside. Buildings next door are nice and new plus the Flats(even though closed) is nice. The gym is kind of old, but it had some basics. My unit had a washer/dryer and a lake view. Price was reall fair. I would say every unit is different in the building and some were not nice at all. If you live here, don't assume every unit is the same would be my advice. Overall great location and close to a lot of activity.
Please do not move in here. I wish I had someone to warn me a year ago. Since the HOA switched to Coral Management, nobody is available in the office, the hallway carpets and stairwells are filthy, the parking lot fee was increased to $150/month, and the gym is full of broken equipment. You will have a great location, but be prepared to give up everything else.
Lived here for two years. Close walking distance to lots of restaurants. Nice to be close to the lake. Building is pretty nice, each apartment is different, mine had a lake view on the fourth floor and was a great value. Also has a high walk score Bridgeview/archer are ok, but you likely won’t have a lake view and one bedrooms are pretty pricey. It was very convenient to live next to everything and the apartment was quiet and nicer then a lot of other places downtown.
There is no one in the rental office to contact or even a correct contact number to reach someone or anyone for that matter.. thanks
Live here. Location is great if you are a city person. I believe that the renaissance that central Cleveland is experiencing is only the beginning of things to come. Right now, downtown Cleveland’s culture is in transition and growing. I hope to see the warehouse district grow out of its cheap nightclub aesthetic. That being said the management here is pleasant on a surface level but completely unprofessional and sketchy when you dig a little deeper. Enough said. I’d like to say Jose is the all star of the building having always been friendly and more than helpful anytime I have needed help with a maintenance issue or had a question about something building related. In terms of noise, it doesn’t usually bother me, but there is a large presence of air bnb here, so some loud random parties are inevitable. I just call the police if it gets crazy, which a few times it has. The building is a mix of baby boomers, recently out of college young professionals, and the random air bnbers, which often give the building a vibe of a hotel. With that said, I have a view of the skyline and live on the top floor, so for the most part, life is good.

My boyfriend and I lived a Waterstreet for a little over a year. We absolutely loved living here.
