If you'd like cold fries runny chilli more runny than water with whole onion rings instead of diced onions cuz they're too lazy to cut them half your order Missing and all sandwiches and fries are cold then this is the place you want to go. HORRIBLE

12/2 9pm. Lady at drive thru window was friendly, funny and its such a pleasure to get this kind of service because its hard to come by now a days. The workers seemed to be having fun working, laughing. Food was hot and service fast.

This place is the worst at honoring promotions that they gave out. They stated that they could not honor it through the drive thru and there is nothing within the fine print defining that. Not to mention i am a disabled wheelchair user which i informed them but that didnt change their attitude.
If you aren't going to honor your promotion, don't give out the cards. I'm going to make haza aware as well as the consumer protection groups.Because this is just bad business

I ordered the bacon egg and cheese breakfast combo. Their bacon wasn't done and they tried to cook it in the microwave(A for effort) but wasn't successful. I waited a while and it was heart breaking to say the least. The days of fresh hot and fast are completely over.

I have never in my life been treated by an employee the way I was here. They were very rude to me. Acted like I was an inconvenience. Yelling at cars in the lane, yelling at me. That person should NOT be working the drive through. Also refused to give a receipt as well.

I was greeted by Elbert II. He was friendly and welcoming. I asked what was on the Son of a Baconator, and he explained it clearly. I ordered a small fry. I thought the $2.79 for a small fry was a little high, but on arrival they were hot, fresh and plentiful. My burger was hot and exactly as described. The dining room was well-lit and very clean. Every table was clean. I will definitely be back! A++++++ for customer service.
