This place is absolute trash, Service sucks employee suck. And I literally have waited in line 45 minutes every single time I’ve went. Don’t forget stuff and then make you feel like you’re an idiot.

I ordered the bacon egg and cheese breakfast combo. Their bacon wasn't done and they tried to cook it in the microwave(A for effort) but wasn't successful. I waited a while and it was heart breaking to say the least. The days of fresh hot and fast are completely over.

I have never in my life been treated by an employee the way I was here. They were very rude to me. Acted like I was an inconvenience. Yelling at cars in the lane, yelling at me. That person should NOT be working the drive through.
Also refused to give a receipt as well.

I was greeted by Elbert II. He was friendly and welcoming. I asked what was on the Son of a Baconator, and he explained it clearly. I ordered a small fry. I thought the $2.79 for a small fry was a little high, but on arrival they were hot, fresh and plentiful. My burger was hot and exactly as described. The dining room was well-lit and very clean. Every table was clean. I will definitely be back! A++++++ for customer service.

I cannot even rate the food since I waited in the parking lot for 15 minutes to even order…. They had us waiting and then after every single time a car ordered after that it was another huge wait. I was just here Tuesday as well and waited 20 minutes before I had to leave after not getting to order again… I heard them talking to other cars and they were more than disrespecting the customers and being disrespectful I’m very disappointed and wish I could rate it a zero stars idk how this place has a 3.1 rating it makes no sense to me it must be employees giving good ratings or something under fake names or emails… this place deserves to be shut down because of how disgusting and nasty they are to people there was 4 cars infront of me and when I pulled around and stoped at the store they were still waiting when I came out… what a horrible store this is.

Idk how you do the hiring selection but this place has about the most amazing incompetent and forgetful staff. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve missed things from my order but today yall forget to give me fries and nuggets. How you going to move up in the world when you can’t even bag food correctly, u can barely manage to work a minimum wage fast food job

What a disappointment. I was charged for what I ordered but not given everything I ordered including a salad which means I was shorted $8 dollars. I wasn’t given a straw, wasn’t given extra blue cheese like I requested, and most importantly I was not given a receipt. I waited quite a while to place my drive through order and there was only one car in front of me which quickly moved to the pickup window. (two cars in the line left) My cheeseburger was cold, the patty had hard, burnt edges and tasted over cooked and reheated. The cheese wasn’t even a little melted. I only got a little taste of ketchup and mayo in my last bite, otherwise the burger was dry. I’ve never had this happen at a Wendy’s. So, I decide to look up this location’s phone number, I called and the phone rang about 20 times before I finally gave up. That’s a lot of things going wrong at the same time. So disappointed.

I got a sausage egg and cheese meal with a lemonade this morning .my sausage was so hard & over cooked & the edges of my egg were so crispy I couldn't eat it . My lemonade was good but the frys were laying around for quite some time .#disappointed

This place needs new management. The employees are mostly nice. We live close by so every few months we try this location again to see if they’ve gotten better but it’s always the same. The drive through takes a minimum of 30 minutes and sometimes over an hour. Yet somehow the food gets to you and it looks like they slapped it together in 30 seconds. And somehow it’s already cold. To top it off, usually something in the order is wrong or missing. Avoid this location until the franchise owner sells or corporate takes it over.
