Who in the city of Cleveland could honestly rate this Wendy's restaurant any higher?! The staff at night...HORRIBLE!!! The order taker-OHMYGOODNESS!!! Was he the snarkiest sounding person taking an order? YES!!!! The other employees did they look confused? YES!!! A business is ONLY AS GOOD AS THEIR MANAGEMENT (read that again) the management part. The management of this restaurant is NOT up to par. Exercise your management skills. Get it together. I will never-ever go back to this Wendy's. Never!

The person that took my drive thru order was rude from the get go. Rushed me through my order impatiently. Than when I got to the window handed me an orange frosty when I ordered an orange cream pop. Then proceeded to tell me that the orange pop that I originally ordered wasn’t even sold here when it’s advertised everywhere that it is sold here and I know for a fact it’s in the machine in the lobby.

I ordered from uber eats from this location. My order consisted of a baconator order, 2 jr bacon cheeseburgers and 2 fries. My entire order came out cold. I was missing my 6 piece nuggets, the sauce i ordered for my nuggets, I didn't have a straw for my drink, and No napkins came in my bag. The problem is I probably won't get a refund for my order. My drink also tasted like water it was a Hi-C

Do not go here unless you want to wait in line for someone to be in a mood to take your order. Between the drive thru and indoors, I don't know which one is worse. People aren't wearing their uniforms either so you can tell who actually works there.

If I could give zero stars I would . Just horrible. Came at 11pm to grab late night dinner and entire staff was outside smoking clowning around. Waited by speaker for approx 3 minutes saying hello with no response. Where are the managers and who’s running this establishment? Will never return here!
Pulled in at lunch time with only one other car in the parking lot and now I understand why! They were very rude while I was ordering. Bags were given to me and nothing was said. When checking my order (I didn't know if it was every thing bc nothing was said to me) I was told by what I'm assuming was the manager that I was "sitting on her timer" and I needed to pull forward.

Extremely rude and unprofessional. When we were checking our order to make sure our orders were correct after our bad experience at the speaker. The manager rudely asked us to pull forward for wasting her precious timer. I am glad I don't live in the area as this is the worst wendys I have ever been to.

Extremely rude in the drive through while taking our order for no reason as I am always polite. We only ordered 2 things and there were no cars in front of us and this guy is audibly sighing and upset. I get Wendy's sucks but if you can't handle it just go on unemployment.

Went to stop through the drive through before work at 11 am the guy at the window was rude as ever and had the biggest attitude ever. I asked for a honey mustard and he told me to pull forward. I got to work and opened my sandwich and my chicken was raw. I called to tell the manager about my raw sandwhich, she told me to bring it back up there and told her I was at work till 10:30pm tonight. She told me to come tonight when I get off of work. Who wants to come out that late after doing a double ?? And she just changed the subject after I told her how rude the guy at the window was. Worst service ever. Don’t recommend this Wendy’s to anyone!!
