Sadly, this place is a product of the extra unemployment benefits being given. Our server was respectful, grateful and sweet. But. . .out of iced tea? Out of guac? At a Mexican restaurant? Yeah, we bailed.

One of my favorite places to eat. The Margaritas are delicious as the taco always hit the spot.

From the moment my wife and I came in we felt welcome. Everyone was very nice and the service was fast. From being seated till we received our food nothing took a long time and this was during the weekend. Restaurant was beautiful as was the food. Everything we ordered was really great. They also have a large selection of different alcohols . We decided on a Tequila Flight. Which was a great deal of fun. The menus you have to use your smart phone just a heads up. Wasn't complicated at all and that's saying a lot because I'm not tech savy at all. ? If you have time you should check this place out.

Overpriced and mediocre. A "real" margarita is 17 bucks, which is absolutely ridiculous. The food portions were small for the price and nothing was particularly good. What was advertised as carnitas (normally tender prices of braised pork) were closer to rubber nuggets. Several people in our group got various tacos, and everyone said they were lackluster. The server was not very friendly and rarely checked up on us, even though it wasn't very busy (the lower level was completely empty). You are really paying for the location and atmosphere here. A lot of corners are cut to save money and it really shows. I have had some good experiences here in the past, but recently it feels like I am being ripped off. There's a bunch of better places to eat around this area, so don't waste your time or money here.

Very nice atmosphere, great location for a bite to eat in downtown Cleveland. The enchiladas were delicious, as were the street fries, the margaritas were very tasty. Overall a very nice experience.

We stayed in the Hyatt Regency and stumbled upon Zocalo when seeking out dinner. It was difficult to figure out where to enter because the entrance is in a side alley and we didn't see signs at either of the (seemingly) main doors facing 4th Street. Because of the entrance situation, it's not necessarily somewhere I'd feel comfortable going at night. The restaurant was pretty busy because the baseball game was delayed, but service was good and quick. We had chicken tacos, the corn cake, rice, and enchiladas. Everything was good. We were very impressed that the manager came around and asked diners for their honest feedback. (To be fair, I should have mentioned the entrance but I didn't think of it in the moment.)

Had reservations for 7:30, got seated right away, but we waited for 20 minutes to talk with a server. Waited another 30 minutes to only be brought queso that looked like it had been sitting for awhile. We had no water, drinks, or chips, only queso. Waited for another 10 minutes and our chips and drinks finally arrived. The beer was warm, the frozen margarita was melted and tasted like there was no alcohol in it. The food we ordered was tasty at least. There were dirty tables around us that no one was cleaning up. And it was so hot in the restaurant, it was so uncomfortable there was no air flow or ac. Usually not one to complain but this was a pretty terrible experience. Would not recommend or be back.

Awful service. We waited an hour and a half for food to be told that it wasn’t coming out because their system went down which is fine, things happen. But management or servers offered nothing for wasting time.

Considering it's on a touristy strip it's very good food and while I'm not a tequila aficionado I was happy with the margarita. Excellent value for money, from the individual tacos up to the entrees (the street fried are great), and we had a very friendly server. And the $5 non-alcoholic versions of the mixed drinks will please your kids.

Wonderful food! Their Veggie tacos were the best we had in town. The rajas taco and beyond taco were so flavorful and balanced. The street fries with beans were absolutely delicious! The house margarita was also amazing. Don't miss this spot.

Best Servers, bartenders and cooks in the biz! Would give 5 stars, but they’re only open 2 nights a week.

Stopped by for drinks and apps after attending the nfl draft. Cool trendy spot on a busy street packed with restaurants and bars. Hostess was able to sit us outside rather quickly. A little surprised of the options on the menu. Only 4 items under Shareable's. Odd for a place located in a nice/busy area. Ordered nachos and it was just OKAY.
