From the moment my wife and I came in we felt welcome. Everyone was very nice and the service was fast. From being seated till we received our food nothing took a long time and this was during the weekend. Restaurant was beautiful as was the food. Everything we ordered was really great. They also have a large selection of different alcohols . We decided on a Tequila Flight. Which was a great deal of fun. The menus you have to use your smart phone just a heads up. Very nice atmosphere, great location for a bite to eat in downtown Cleveland. The enchiladas were delicious, as were the street fries, the margaritas were very tasty. Overall a very nice experience.

We stayed in the Hyatt Regency and stumbled upon Zocalo when seeking out dinner. It was difficult to figure out where to enter because the entrance is in a side alley and we didn't see signs at either of the (seemingly) main doors facing 4th Street. Because of the entrance situation, it's not necessarily somewhere I'd feel comfortable going at night.
