“We stopped in here for lunch during a family vacation. The food was excellent. It was the best place we ate at during our whole vacation. The staff is all so nice and friendly. The place is beautiful. Im so glad we stopped here. We really enjoyed our visit. I highly recommend it and I will definitely be stopping here again the next time we are in the area.”

“Tried a nice new spot for dinner tonight, Charlo's downtown in Springfield. andrew got the steak and lobster gnocchi and I ordered the Tuscan salmon. We both had smoked gouda Mac n cheese. it was delicious! parking garage conveniently located around the corner. Our server Elena was awesome. Great personality and conversationalist. She gave us recommendations and honest opinions about the menu. I can 100% see why her toddler gets upset if she doesn't bring her mac n cheese home. I would be too! Very nice evening, really enjoyed the dinner and service. 💓💓💓💓”

“What a cool place! Swung through to grab some food to-go after hiking nearby. We were drawn by the vegan friendly menu. Very cool vibe and very friendly staff. I got a beef burger and my wife got the vegi burger, both with the potatos on the side, and MAN!! So good! Excellent food! We will be back next time we’re in the area for sure!”

“Owner Jake is real nice guy. Big Grateful Dead fan we were headed this way. While online looking for a spot to eat while out. I looked up the menu. All the sandwiches were named after Grateful Dead songs.We made our choice. We were not disappointed. Good beer and real good food. I had the Smokestack Lightning and Robin had the Little Red Rooster. I had some Steal Your Face coasters I had printed. I took one with me. I asked the waitress Christina who came up with the menu names. She said the owner and he is a big Dead head. I gave her the coaster to pass along. Jake the owner came. He was so happy. He is a real cool guy. If you are ever in Yellow Springs. Stop in. The food and service are outstanding. Christina was a awesome waitress she went way above her duty as a waitress. This small town coffee shop is perfect for a little social meetup, off-site planning session, and an "I need a pick me up now!". Large parking lot and easy access just off 70 and route 4. Definitely recommend you drop in. (My fav; chai latte!)”
