I had a lunch there one time and enjoyed it. I have been back three times to eat when their Facebook page says they are open and they are not open. I have twice now sent them a private message to please update their hours and they have not done so. I would not recommend coming there because chances are they're not open when they're supposed to be. most people know to utilize free advertisements such as Facebook to the best of their ability by keeping everything updated and posting...read full review
I've called a dozen times over the last two weeks and they've NEVER answered the phone during business hours.

Blue Collar Bistro offers a unique dining experience with a welcoming environment and good service. The hibachi Flatbread and Italian Sub are highly recommended. The menu offers great food, including vegetarian options. The new location has a great atmosphere with string lights and exposed brick, serving delicious Southwest chicken salad with homemade cilantro lime ranch.
