After a 14-hour drive with 3 hours to ago, his service was greatly appreciated (and the French crueler filled a stomach that hasn't seen food since the previous afternoon).“

“Despite being very busy as we got there at 8:30am, both employees were on the ball and very friendly. They went above and beyond a few times, i.e., when they informed me they didn't have milk, rather than leaving it at that, they suggested I check Burger King or the little store located in the same rest stop. Then, when I found out they were out of half and half, they suggested I check the same store for some. Had they not told me that, I would've skipped the coffee. Their advice was good for both the customer (me!) and their bottom line. Well done, Dunkin'!“
