Waited for 25 minutes before we were acknowledged or offered drinks. Food was average at best. Atmosphere was lacking. Loud drunks at the bar and the bartenders were playing into that. Wouldn't recommend.

I'm giving 2 stars this Valentines Day 2-14-24. We had the worst experience from the moment we walked in. We had a reservation, but still had to ask to be seated, after waiting(with no line)... The food was awful, we returned to be remade....The ONLY REASON we are giving a 2 star rating is because our waiter "MIKE" went above and beyond. He will forever be one of our best waiters EVER... Mike saved the day. We will not be back... However we want to thank you Mike for your great service..

My husband and I had our joint retirement party at 17 Arrows at The Hilton Polaris, in Columbus, OH. From start to finish, it was perfect. We worked with Shelby, the Food and Beverage Manager (as well as the bartender, Bethany, and her staff during the party), at 17 Arrows Craft Kitchen and Bar. Shelby listened to what I envisioned for our party, walked me through selections and quantities, and made suggestions at my request. The food was a hit! All of our guests thoroughly enjoyed it, and told us how delicious it was. We did not lift one finger, have one concern or adversity, or have to deal with any issue at all. The staff was entirely professional, and on top of EVERYTHING. The food was beautifully displayed, the quantities were ideal. The atmosphere was beautiful, the space was sparkling clean, and perfect for mingling and enjoying each other. It was not loud, which I fully appreciated since we wanted to talk to each other, and not have to compete over loud music, as in a typical bar setting. I cannot even count how many people reached out after the party to say how lovely it was, and what a great time they had. Our vision for the evening came to perfect fruition, and I cannot begin to thank Shelby and her team enough. Thank you again and again!

I went to 17 Arrows for lunch with a colleague and *loved* it. Still dreaming about the shrimp tempura and the Korean marinated beef quesadilla. Never had anything like that before and it was phenomenal. Really friendly staff, lovely ambiance, gorgeous patio and fire pit. Will be back!

The atmosphere is not great. It is some tables off to the side of the hotel bar. The food was just OK. I had a salad with shrimp. The salad was excellent, the shrimp was overcooked, and then cooked again - tough and rubbery. My wife had a noodle dish with the same overcooked shrimp. Noodles were good, shrimp not so much. We also had a cheese board for an appetizer and it was very good. So, if you want a drink and appetizer before you go to dinner, I would recommend it, but the area has a lot of better options for your main course.

Came for the Thanksgiving buffet. It had to be the worst restaurant experience of my life. The buffet was not in the restaurant. It was in a banquet hall with conference room tables and chairs. No music and no decorations. I felt as if I was there for a work conference. We prepaid for the buffet and before we left they tried to charge us an additional $40 per person. They said that the $20 was just a deposit. No where on their website and Open Table did it say it was a deposit and remaining would be due on the day of the buffet. We refused to pay the difference and we left. The food was absolutely horrible. Awful tasting pumpkin pie and stuffing.

The price of the food was a little expensive for the service we received for our dinner. Our sever seemed very new and she was training someone. Not sure how she was picked to train but didn't seem like a good mix. We did eat breakfast the next day and the service was better. I would rate our experience for breakfast a 4, but dinner was definitely a low 3.

Do not go here for thanksgiving. Was really looking forward to some amazing quality thanksgiving staples. Sadly, the food quality was no better than Golden Corral. The turkey was the WORST. So dry. I'm not sure how this restaurant stays in business with food like that. We paid $60 pp for the thanksgiving Buffet. Yes, buffet, yet somehow a $25 gratuity was added on to our check??? Apparently that's for the people who bus the tables but would have been nice to know ahead of time. They sat four of us at a round table big enough for 8 so we couldn't even talk to each other. Did not feel like thanksgiving at all. It felt like we were there for a work luncheon. Would not recommend. Avoid!

This was a great alternative to cooking. Great variety of options, however, not many sides were kid friendly (that's a parent fault). But overall great experience. Would do it again!

This was their Thanksgiving Day Buffet in one of the ballrooms. Everything I put on my plate was outstanding with the only exception being the cranberries. I would surely book this holiday meal again.

This review is for the Thanksgiving Buffet. It was held in a a banquet room with beige walls. It probably would've been nicer had they had it in the restaurant area with windows and a better atmosphere. The banquet room just felt sad. I ordered the dinners per person on Open Table. It was advertised as $20.00 per person which I thought was a great deal! However when we were getting ready to leave they asked if we wanted the check. They explained that it is actually $60 per person and the $20 was just to hold the table. I don't think that I would have signed up if I knew it was $60 per person. It wasn't very clear on the order page that we would be getting charged more later. Nonetheless, the food was very good, nothing to complain about, the buffet food was perfect. The service was very good as well. Everyone was very nice and friendly and Kevin kept our beverages full and was helpful whenever we needed him.

Our Thanksgiving Buffet was outstanding. One of the best we have experienced in the past few years. Great variety in appetizers, salads, entrees and dessert. The stations were well placed for easy access. Everything worked together to earn a 5 star rating.
