My husband and I had our joint retirement party at 17 Arrows at The Hilton Polaris, in Columbus, OH. From start to finish, it was perfect. We worked with Shelby, the Food and Beverage Manager (as well as the bartender, Bethany, and her staff during the party), at 17 Arrows Craft Kitchen and Bar. I went to 17 Arrows for lunch with a colleague and *loved* it. Still dreaming about the shrimp tempura and the Korean marinated beef quesadilla. Never had anything like that before and it was phenomenal. Really friendly staff, lovely ambiance, gorgeous patio and fire pit. Will be back!
The atmosphere is not great. It is some tables off to the side of the hotel bar. The food was just OK. I had a salad with shrimp. The salad was excellent, the shrimp was overcooked, and then cooked again - tough and rubbery. My wife had a noodle dish with the same overcooked shrimp. Noodles were good, shrimp not so much.
