My first time trying pho and my first time here at 6-1. I knew what I wanted but ordered the wrong thing??‍♀️ the manager was so kind! He remade what I actually wanted and didn’t charge me for it even though it was my mistake! The customer service was great and the food was excellent! The chicken broth was AMAZING. Very flavorful like previous comments have said, one reason why I picked this place to try. 6-1-Pho did not disappoint, I will definitely be back!

One of my regular go to's if I'm eating out.
My favorites are the pork banh mi, noodle bowl with pork, summer rolls, Vietnamese coffee, and any of the pho.

Vegetarian options: Tofu for meat in any dish and veggies rolls

We visited with high hopes of savoring authentic Vietnamese cuisine, but unfortunately, the dishes seemed to cater more to American tastes than traditional Vietnamese flavors. While the presentation was appealing, and the service was friendly, the flavors and ingredients used were not entirely true to Vietnamese cooking.

The beef pho lacked the bold, aromatic flavors I've come to expect from Vietnamese cuisine.

That being said, I understand...
