We had the lunch menu - fungus among us ramen and tonkotsu ramen. Average ramen with stale noodles. Relatively small portion size. As an Asian person, would not recommend.

As an Asian, this is a no. They had a $15 lunch special of Ramen + small side. I thought it's a good deal until i found out the size of the actual food. I do not know if this lunch deal is smaller portion of regular ramen, but it was way too small and did not fill my stomach at all. The restaurant has modern, hipster look but nothing authentic.

If you are from an area with a small Asian population, and you like Asian cuisine, the food is stellar. You'll enjoy your meal.If you are from a city with a large Asian population and you know what great ramen tastes like, give this place a pass. It lacks the complexity of great ramen. My guess is authentic tasting ramen wouldn't sell as well in OH, so they made it a bit more bland?

Phone number doesn't work. Same number in Google and on their website. Tried 5 times with no answer. Phone doesn't even ring it just immediately says the party you are trying to reach did not answer. How do you make a reservation? or get ahold of the restaurant in general? also tried emailing but who knows how long that will take.

Myself and a colleague tried this place and it was pretty good. We opted to get the lunch special.Which was definitely a good deal for 15.00 bucks. At the table we ordered the Nori Fries, Vegetable Gyoza, & The Crab Rangoon. For the Meal we got the Teriyaki Chicken Rice Bowl and Pork Chashu Rice Bowl . The fries were pretty good, the crab Rangoon, was probably my favorite. For my dish I got the teriyaki chicken rice bowl. I wasn't impressed. But it was good and healthy. Service was a little slow. But overall the restaurant was nice and and clean. and our waiter was kind. It was nice to try a new restaurant that I had never been to before.Parking: Parking is available on the street or use a nearby parking garage or lot.

Dined here for a girls night. We loved their Japanese style seating and their drinks! My food was good, but definitely more fusian than I thought it would be and had an unusual after taste. Ultimately, I would try another dish, but I would definitely go again! One thing we disliked was service. Despite not being busy, I think we stood up twice just to wave down our waitress. For our purposes, we didn’t mind but it took a while.

Overall 4. Ramen was very good. Egg and broth both A+, meat maybe an A- as it was a hair tough. Broccoli in the bowl was a nice touch. Server who took our order was super nice. The one who brought the bowl was less so, and it took her ~3 minutes to bring us soup spoons. Maybe an off day but if you forget to bring utensils...IDK. Place was nice enough inside. Relatively quick in & out. I'll go back.

Visited on 06APR2024:Great: The old fashioned drink was delicious. The nori fries were tasty and interesting with the seaweed. The crab rangoon was very good. The octopus in the shio ramen were tender.Good: The pork chashu buns were ok, pork was dry and not very juicy. Also the spicy mayo overshadowed as the main flavor source. The shio ramen was ok, nothing remarkable.Bad: Nothing really bad, though the waitress forgot the old fashioned until we reminded her.

The tonkotsu ramen was horrible and overpriced. Just go to Tensuke Express.

Consistently tasty and wonderful. The nori fries and shoyu ramen are fantastic! Highly recommend, especially for a cozy and solid lunch spot.Parking: Short north is harder to find parking but the side streets nearby usually have a spot.Kid-friendliness: Has two items for kids on the menu

You are OVERWORKING your staff. Online orders make the dining experience intolerable. We waited over an hour and a half for our food and the staff was constantly hustling the entire time with NO FOOD coming out to people dining.

My first time eating at a bona fide Ramen restaurant and it was super delicious. Luckily I was joined by some veteran Ramen junkies that led me down the right path. Also enjoying the real crab meat Rangoon and the pork egg roll. Much different flavors than what you expect but savory and delicious. Was too chilly for outside seating availability, unfortunately, but can't wait to come back in the summer and try that out too. The drinks were good too.
