Came in today and was served by the bartender Gracelyn. She gave me perfect service and was very helpful answering questions regarding the menu and drinks. She was kind of running the whole place by herself I noticed, no manager in sight. Felt bad for the girl but she did her best. Food took about 25 minutes to come out but it was still good. Love applebees but wish they had better management.

Applebee's is Applebee's lol. You know what you're going to get but the service is simply trash. I had a very nice server this visit but it still takes entirely too long to be seated even when there's only 1 or 2 tables occupied.

Me and my boyfriend came here and sat at a booth. We ordered the 2 for $25 deal an app and 2 entrees. Once we sat down, it took a few minutes to get waited on. Mind you this was around 4:30 pm with maybe 4-5 tables of people. I also went to the restroom and there was no toilet paper. We got our appetizer fairly quickly. It took a while for our food to come out despite the emptiness of the restaurant. When I got my food, it didn’t look anything like the photo. I hardly had any...
