I stopped in while back in town for Christmas. I had a great smash burger, fries, and cheese curds. All were great. The sauces were all homemade and great as well. Everyone was friendly and very attentive. I highly recommend Ash & Em in Hilliard.
Tonight I ordered the house nuggets and the OG smash burgers with chili cheese fries. My nuggets arrived looking like they had been scraped from the bottom of the fryer, black and very well done. No seasoning and no ranch like I ordered. The smash burgers were indeed smashed. My fries were cold, rubbery and not a spot of chili or cheese. I couldn’t even heat them up in the air fryer. Killer location with an even better staff. Great arcade game selection, with axe throwing available in the back. Their Impossible Smash Burger and garlic rosemary fries are worth a stop alone! Will definitely be adding Ash & Em to the rotation!
