Why is there kale in the japchae? And bobimpap is no fun without the Korean side dishes put in the rice bowl- aka. banchan,반찬! Where's the: Seasoned spinach-Sigeumchi-namul 시금치나물 Yellow Radish- Danmuji 단무지 (WITHOUT THE HIGH FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP!) Burdock root - ueong, 우엉 Stirfried Anchovies-Myeolchi bokkeum, 멸치볶음 Seaweed - Gim-김 Red snapper would work for a protein! Look at black garlic as a soy sauce sub for people with hypertensive issues. Trumpet mushrooms or enoki mushrooms? Lotus root? Water chestnuts? Marin usually has high fructose corn syrup and that's horrific for your health. By the way, Radish kimchi aka. Kkakdugi, 깍두기 is very well liked by non-Koreans and Koreans. You can make panjeon with red lentil batter instead of wheat flour. Rice paper is another good gluten free ingredient. Then you can serve us in house, seated on the floor sitting on cushions, shoes off on a low table in metal bowls, with metal spoons and chopstics and KTrot or soccer playing on a huge flat screen tv. KTrot, think Ms. Trot on Chosun TV, Golden Oldies on KBS, etc. You're making me homesick! Carpe Diem!“

“The food is very good, high-quality. Portions are a little small but I get it, costs are going up. They have gotten a little smaller since 2020 but I'm not really blaming this place per se, there may be a limit on how much they can give. The manager, Greg, was nice and to the point, but I know he was super-swamped with customers. Bathroom was dirty, I hope I didn't come across as rude to him but it was an issue and I'm glad he said he'd take care of it. I will still definitely go here, and as promised to him, I told him I'd leave a good, fair review.“

That is exactly what Zen Noodle does. The flavors are a close second to Gorden Ramsey's Asian restaurant in a Hilton in Tokyo.

“While working in Columbus, Ohio, I stumbled upon an absolute gem — Bibibop! It quickly became my go-to lunch spot during my entire stay. I tried it for the first time on this trip and ended up having it every single day for lunch.

The food was fresh, affordable, healthy, and offered an impressive assortment of vegan options, which made it even more of a standout.

It does get a little busy on the weekends, so the experience can vary, but whenever Yan is around, she truly makes you feel at home. She’s incredibly sweet, highly professional, and went above and beyond to elevate my experience. I’m so grateful to have found this spot — and to have been met with such amazing service!“
