Burdock root - ueong, 우엉 Stirfried Anchovies-Myeolchi bokkeum, 멸치볶음 Seaweed - Gim-김 Red snapper would work for a protein! Look at black garlic as a soy sauce sub for people with hypertensive issues. Trumpet mushrooms or enoki mushrooms? Lotus root? Water chestnuts? Marin usually has high fructose corn syrup and that's horrific for your health. By the way, Radish kimchi aka. Kkakdugi, 깍두기 is very well liked by non-Koreans and Koreans. You can make panjeon with red lentil batter instead of wheat flour. Rice paper is another good gluten free ingredient. Then you can serve us in house, seated on the floor sitting on cushions, shoes off on a low table in metal bowls, with metal spoons and chopstics and KTrot or soccer playing on a huge flat screen tv. Finding a restaurant that offers gluten free, MSG free, peanut free options with clean, natural ingredients isn’t always easy, so that immediately caught my attention. The restaurant was spotless, the staff was friendly and helpful, and they made ordering for a first timer incredibly easy.

The concept reminded me of an Asian style Chipotle, allowing you to customize your bowl exactly the way you want it. What really stood out, though, was the quality of the food. Everything was cooked perfectly, seasoned well, and so flavorful that it really didn’t need any sauce. The ingredients tasted fresh, the portions were generous, and the meal felt both healthy and satisfying.

Honestly, these are the kinds of restaurants we need more of in Los Angeles. Clean ingredients, customizable meals, excellent service, and food that actually tastes great.

The food was great and came out in perfect timing! Please stop in, we had the spring rolls as an appetizer but I forgot to get a picture of them. I had the Ma Po Tofu with brown rice and my husband got Kung Pow Chicken with the upcharge of lo mein noodles. Our lunch was close to $60 for both of us.“

“When this first opened, we loved it--in fact we became regular weekly customers. Lately, the food quality has not been consistent, items have been forgotten (for app purchases), and the menu has changed multiple times with the bowl size options.
Today, the Korean beef was not chopped at all-just two chunks that I had to use a knife to cut. What's the point of a bowl if the pieces are not bite-sized? There were two big chunks that looked like someone just didn't feel like chopping it up. The girl serving didn't even try measuring it in the provided measuring cup. Please go back to your wonderful food quality and try to get some consistency going with your food portions.
To address the loudness of the restaurant--there was a large group of men talking loudly which made it hard to hear and understsnd the soft spoken server.“

“A great American Chinese fast food restaurant. The place was clean. Their service was fast. Their entree had a large size with a low price. I ordered create your own stir fry coming with chicken, fried rice and 6 veggies. The sauce was bland but veggies and fried rice improved the taste a lot. It is not an authentic Chinese restaurant but a good and cheap fast food place.
