The spicy teriyaki chicken was amazing and my husband loved the Hawaiian chicken bento box. My son tried the sushi rolls and he said they were really good. Not too expensive and high quality food, not that weird grisly meat that some Asian food places sometimes serve. Highly recommend!“

“The food is great! The people are friendly one thing i have a complaint about is the music. Its always too loud, i can barely talk on the phone with it on. The other is they dont have enough booths. They have big tall tables but those are really uncomfortable for some people and are hard to get into. Other than those things its a great location.“

I’ve always loved the food and staff here (they’re great, absolutely top notch) BUT I find the online ordering experience extremely irritating and would like to see it fixed. I just spent 35 minutes trying to place on online order.

If I try to reorder a previous order and then change to delivery, if just gets stuck loading. Which means that if you want to place a delivery order, you have to start the order from scratch. This is the same online or on the web. Chipotle would never!

Also there is inconsistency throughout the app. Sometimes it lets you indicate extras of ingredients. Other times it doesn’t. So random.

I’m sure a lot of people who order from you are busy trying to grab a bite to eat during short breaks at work. We don’t have all of our lunch break to set up a delivery order that should take 2 minutes to complete. If the goal is healthy positive vibes, the mark is being missed if every time I try to use the app, I feel 10x more frustrated than before I chose to order Bibibop and 10x more annoyed that I wasted so much time trying to navigate a horrible app. I imagine you’re losing orders if others aren’t as patient. The goal should be to let me place an order as quickly as possible. Not sure if you need a better IT department staff or to use a different ordering platform, but whatever it is you’re majorly missing the mark on offering a seamless ordering experience. Definitely the worst app among fast casual places I’ve ordered from online in Columbus.

In the end, I ordered on DoorDash. More expensive but at least it gets the job done in 2 minutes instead of 42. Tsk. Tsk. But since I wasted so much time on the app today, it will be arriving to me *after* my lunch break ends. Thanks, Bibibop. ?“

“Love Bibibop for fast, healthy meals. There are plenty of options and it’s all pretty healthy. My favorite is the Korean beef, and the seared broccoli. In their app, there is a $10 meal deal for a bowl, drink, and gf cookie for $10.

Vegetarian options: Tofu bowls, veggie bowls, egg, and cheese toppings.

Dietary restrictions: I believe the entire place is gluten free. Lots of non-dairy options too, and plenty of nut-free choices too.“

“so glad we decided to hit the casino. so many food choices compared to last year. I decided to try zen noodle and was very impressed! the sizes are large and very filling. I couldn't finish my kung pao chicken and chicken corn soup. I like my food so much I actually took the leftovers to the car because I wanted to be able to finish later. normally I wouldn't do that with casino food. my husband had gotten pizza and was very disappointed. so glad I tried this instead.“
