“First time take away order from GAR. My family and I loved it! Excellent Pad Thai and Mala Green Beans. Also loved the mini spring rolls and the house hot mustard dipping sauce with it. Its way better than those little packets of hot mustard usually given. Quick service, affordable pricing, great menu variety and very clean looking establishment. “My husband and I were in the area and had the good fortune to stumble in between lunch and dinner. We got steamed dumplings to share. He had dan dan noodles while I had soup called A Bite of China featuring lily, kelp buds, ground pork, and hand-pulled noodles. The portions were so big and filling, and the noodles had great mouth feel in each dish. We got some shrimp chips and gourmet tea (kumquat grapefruit green) for the evening - such a great pairing that I want to try more!

Vegetarian options: The servers are glad to tell you about the menu, and can take items out of dishes to make them vegetarian. The kitchen itself is not vegetarian, though.“

Dad can watch the game on big screen kids can be kinda loud and the bar is jumping with happy people and great drink prices. The taste of this food is top notch and u will not be disappointed. “Just walking in and I knew it was gonna be good. They don't waste money on decor. The staff were friendly and the food seemed authentic. Definitely different than most American knock offs.

We got 3 dishes:

The stir fry ramen was good. Perfect lunch fair and great for little mouths.

The squid had great flavor and was pleasantly spicy.

The tofu was very spicy but was missing something. Not sure what but seemed lacking.

I appreciated my ice water but the husband got the walovi. It was pleasant and herbal.

All of these dishes are easily shareable so a great place for a lunch date.“

“I have never eaten rabbit after living in China for 18 years. The first time I tried it was in the United States. It was delicious. I highly recommend the rabbit. The Sichuan cuisine in the store is very in line with the tastes of Yunnan, Guizhou, Sichuan and Chongqing. I love it.“

“BETTER THAN KUNG FU TEA. Omg! Delicious!!! The watermelon tea is made with real watermelon chunks unlike drinks you get at Starbucks which are made with gross, super sweet powders and syrups. “This is my first time trying Halal China Bistro and I am not mad I took the 25 minute drive each way. The lady was nice and the portions were plentiful. I started eating before I realized I hadn't taken a picture. The bourbon chicken and the rest of the dishes were tasty. The rice was a cross between fried and white with no veggies inside of it.“

We were surprised that the place had been closed for quite some time as it was our go-to place for Chinese takeout. It has been a staple for Marcus theatre area for many many years. It finally reopened under new ownership, but no sign.

The owner was there to greet us and show us the menu. Very nice guy and felt welcomed. We ordered the orange chicken, bokchoy dish, and chicken egg roll. Food was hot and the bokchoy was our favorite dish. Orange chicken wasn't the best but wasn't bad either (would get again). My only gripe is that the prices are similar to a sit-down full-service restaurant and not your typical take-out Chinese food prices. While I would love to come here again the price is way too high for us as we like to go get a quick meal before a movie, etc. I get it the prices need to be adjusted to match inflation/food costs but the price point before new ownership was so good.

All in all, I do want to try the other dishes as the food was good but it won't be on a regular basis as the prices are not competitive with traditional TOGO Chinese places.

“Located on Morse Rd. Little Dragons definitely doesn't get the recognition it deserves. They have an entirely separate vegan menu, with a large variety of dishes. They have both authentic Chinese dishes and Americanized Chinese dishes and really something for everyone! They have a great vegan hunan dish, general tso, and I loved their sesame tofu dish. Entrées are around $14 and are very large. They are great for sharing. They also have a large dining area and a very easy and convenient online ordering system for to go orders.“

“This is a simple place with AMAZING food! Apparently it’s been here for years and is a locals hidden gem. ? I tried the chicken and broccoli, and it was fresh and very flavorful. The chicken was sliced perfectly thin and there were no gristly bits or fatty pieces. Which can be common if Chinese dishes are not prepared with care. I’ll definitely be back to try a new dish :)

“I just got this the other day - General Tso's and Kung Po Chicken. Both were really tasty - on par with Mr. Wok/Magic Wok in Gahanna (the gold standard for me). The Kung Po has an interesting spice to it and the General Tso's was spicy sweet. The pork fried rice tastes delicious (grilled taste with veggies...like it should be) Delicious and a great price. I will be back. New fave Chinese for this side of town!!“
