I checked out Hunan Bistro at the old K House location and had a great experience. The restaurant will be getting renovations and remodeling soon, but the food already impressed me.
We ordered the Egg Drop Soup, Hot & Sour Soup, Cucumber Salad, Salt & Pepper Crispy Fish, Mongolian Beef, General Tso’s Chicken, Stir-fried Pork with Chili Peppers, Stir-fried Beef, and Kung Pao Chicken.

The malatang here hits 💯. I don’t even live in Ohio anymore, but I still think about it sometimes. The staff is kind, and it’s such a comfort spot for Asians in Ohio. Hope it stays open for a long time.

K House offers a delicious and fresh menu with a variety of options, including the popular watermelon tea, latte, yogurt, and strawberry cake. The staff is friendly, and the food, such as the beef and seafood bowls, is a must-try. The Mala Tang and Salted Egg Yolk Chicken Wings are standout dishes, with rich bone broth and crispy, juicy wings. The drink menu offers refreshing and creamy options like the Concord Grape Green Tea Slush with Cheese Foam. The atmosphere and flavors at K House are reminiscent of dining in Flushing, NYC.
Customers have praised the Mala Xiang Guo for its perfect taste and fragrance, although they forgot to ask for the numb seeds to be omitted. The beef bowl has also been described as one of the best dishes, with the staff being very sweet and welcoming.
