Eggplant with pork and chicken fried rice were delicious, and ma pa tofu was prepared with low heat. The kitchen very thoughtfully prepared a special order soup with soft tofu and noodles.
Oh man. This was my first time trying Biang Biang noodles and these were incredible. Amazingly flavorful, salty, garlicky, and chewy. Tender meat, and wonderfully crisp veggies. If you love a good thick chewy noodle and strong flavors, this is the dish for you. They don't hold back on the chili.My partner got the Yuxiang pork and that was absolutely delicious too. The flavor starts off as a strong, vinegary taste, though this quickly melts into a subtle sweet flavor. Very tender....read full review
