First experienced this chain in North Carolina, Columbus location seems on par. Good drinks at premium prices.
Best boba in town !
Thumbs up! Excellent Halo-Halo selection that brings back memories of home. I’d have given 5 stars, but the wait time was a bit long. They could use a few more staff to serve customers faster.
I was so happy to find that there's Bambu in Columbus! I love Bambu, always get their che. I got #2 which has red bean, mung bean, boba, taro paste, pandan jelly, ice with coconut water, opted out of the rainbow jelly, no sugar. I always mix it together to eat, and it's super delicious. Quite pricey these days though at $7 per cup. Really clean and nice spot inside.
Macaroons were sweet soft and tasty. Drinks were better. Cozy store perfect for hanging out with friends. No pets allowed.
The place is cozy and the staff are always super friendly.
My favorites so far are the Piña Colada, Honeydew smoothie, coconut drinks, Vietnamese coffee, and the dessert drinks, they’re always exciting to try. I also like being able to adjust sugar and ice, which makes the drinks lighter but still tasty.
The point system adds up fast and keeps me coming back. Sometimes there’s a little wait, but it’s worth it.
Best chè, my favorite Vietnamese dessert drink !!
Nice and refreshing on a super hot day.
Went to this place out of curiosity. & it didn't dissapoint us. Ordered their version of ube halo-halo and it was so good. Person who made our drink is so nice. Very quiet, cozy and clean. We'll definitely come back to try some on their menu.
Absolutely terrible experience. When I placed my order, I asked how long it would take. The front desk staff, with a very mean attitude, told me “5 minutes.” I sat right across from the pickup counter and waited — and it wasn’t even busy! The place had very few customers, so there’s no excuse.I ended up waiting 20 minutes, and no one informed me that my waffle was ready. When I finally got up to check, it had already been sitting there for a while — completely cold. It’s a WAFFLE, something that’s supposed to be eaten hot and fresh. This is just basic common sense in food service. Not notifying customers, especially when the store is practically empty, is completely unprofessional, careless, and shows a serious lack of attention and maturity. Extremely disappointing experience.

Absolutely love this place!!! People who work here are so sweet, it’s become my new favorite spot to come on my lunch break! my favorite is the mango smoothie😛💕
I was charged one price in store then they adjusted it after the fact to add a dollar to the transaction. Along with this, the experience was not great because of false marketing of pricing. They had a drink on their menu for $4.5 but rung it in for $5. Not a great experience due to the issues with pricing and changing charges.
This place is always pristinely clean. Their Thai milk tea is one of my favorites in the area!
The cup was only 3/4 full, not much of taste, I ordered lycee flavor, but can’t even taste lychee, more like watery milk with several bubbles in it, unfortunately this was the worst bubble tea I’ve ever had, won’t go back.
The drinks were great, very authentic! The mochi waffle was delicious as well.
However, just one thing would be the ice-cream. We added by paying an extra dollar, but the portion was too small. It fits into a sauce container (that comes as a side).
