The menu design inside is very poorly made and not intuitive. This caused problems because they have pictures of drinks with floating numbers. The numbers correlating to the drinks aren’t clear so it’s easy to mistakenly order the wrong drink. It happened to me. The workers showed no sign of compassion of any kind. Told me it’s what I ordered. I was forced to take the drink. It was a “Bambu Refresher” on the receipt. That drink tasted like water with basil seeds. The fact that that drink was so terrible made the experience even worse. As a new establishment, I feel like costumer service should be a priority. I was excited to order my drink and not only did I not get the drink I want, but I got a drink that was just water and unflavored shave ice. There are many other boba places in Columbus and it’s not hard for me to not come back to this place. Very disappointed.

Great little shop near bethel rd in the shopping center where micro center is. I only tried their smoothies and had 0 complaints. I love their thai milk tea snoothie. Never had it in smoothie for. I cried it was so good on my ride home. Service was pleasant, place was clean, indoor seating, good spot to chill or study imo. I will be back to try more. Glad to add this to a new go to spot for boba. No issues was cost either.

As your friendly neighborhood Vietnamese girl, this place is a 10/10. The pandan waffles are straight up just like Bánh Bò Nướng in waffle format-- so wonderfully chewy with a good pandan flavor. The "fruit addict" ché was so good! Not too sweet as it should be, a good variety of delicious fruits, wonderful textures, and actual fresh coconut slices. I personally thought it needs more jackfruit but I understand that stuff is expensive. There is pretty much nowhere in Columbus to go for traditional vietnamese desserts, so this absolutely hits the spot. Adding this place to my list of places to go when I'm homesick for vietnamese food ?

Really love the Che here. Glad to see more new popular brands open in Columbus. Their Che only had one big size with reasonable price and enough toppings (or sides). Number 10 was my favorite Che (classic milk tea based, not the fruit one). Their fruits tasted not fresh while other toppings, like bobas and jellies, were impressive. Coconut milk tasted amazing as the base. They also sell waffles and mochi. Their service and atmosphere were great for taking a seat with friends.Vegetarian options: Vegetarian Waffle

My friend and I have been at this restaurant twice now and both times the staff were very rude to us and seemed annoyed we came in. The first we were told it was a soft opening to the public and they told us to leave. They wouldn’t even let us look at a menu for us visiting in the future. We decided to give them a second chance on Christmas Eve. When we came in we asked how they were going to be open because we were planning on staying a while. We did check the hours on Google before we came in but knew Christmas Eve hours maybe be different. The staff were rude to us and told us a bunch of snarky comments. It would be nice if their hours were posted somewhere and they should be updated on Google and social media if needed. If it’s a holiday they should post holiday hours or have a sign on the door. That night my friend left a Google review about the hours and how the staff treated us. The owner responded passive aggressively. Afterwards a few 5 star reviews were posted that sounded like it was written by the owner or someone they know. I understand new businesses adjusting and learning but these owners aren’t taking any accountability and are being very passionate aggressive. I never got to try the food but I will not be going back because I’m not comfortable being there now.

Enjoyed my experience! The staff were all excellent and professional. I like that they have canvases of their drinks with ingredient labels. That was quite helpful.They informed me that their macarons are shipped from California. They were good but on the chewier side.I got the Uber Halo Halo drink to go for my husband. The drink it self is very good (my husband finished his in <10 min), but the drink does not travel well. The staff are very generous and the one ice cream on top is above the cup cover. I recommend drinking it inside the cafe first!
