Plates were dirty at our table but thankfully there was extras so we switched them. Service was a bit slow as it was early afternoon and not yet dinner time. Server wasn't very attentive and let my drink sit empty for about 10 minutes at one point. Our chef was great, very entertaining and food was wonderful. Thankfully we had rewards otherwise $95 for chicken/rice for 2 wouldn't have been worth the expense.
First time service was slow and we were not checked on. Cook was new, so understand why he wasn't at 100%. But white rice comes out first. I had to ask, after all most all the food was made. Also thinking my steak was forgotten, last served everyone was done or almost done, cook cleaned up, no white rice. My family was done and when the server asked if she could get us anything else, I said my rice and a box No $ off the meal. I ate at home.
We did not have a very good experience. Our server was terrible and very inattentive. We waited nearly 30 minutes for our drinks, and even then, we had to ask our server about them. We also had to ask him for our steamed rice, since we were already getting vegetables dished up but no rice to go with them. Our chef (Rocky) was very good and entertaining. He was the bright spot of our evening, and the food was very good. However, the poor service left a bad taste in our mouths.
