Wonderful experience at this location! The staff were super helpful, it was my mother's first time there and they were patient and helped her make the best choices for her bowl. They even let her have a sample of the kitchen!

I’ve been a regular at Bibibop since they first opened, and I’ve always liked their food — but lately, the service has really gone downhill. The staff seems careless when serving vegetables. I asked for broccoli today and got only two pieces, both were completely burnt. Why serve burnt vegetables at the bottom of the pan- courtesy to replace the bowl. That’s all I could taste in my bowl! It’s disappointing to see the quality slip like this, especially from a place I’ve supported since day one.

I’ve been a regular at this Bibibop location for a long time, but this last visit was by far the most disappointing experience I’ve had. While the staff were smiling and friendly, the actual service was frustrating and fell well below expectations.
The menu has changed (what happened to the beets?), and when it comes to portions, everything felt cut short. Vegetables were served in tiny scoops, leaving bowls looking half empty. When I politely asked for more, I was met with resistance as if I was asking for too much. The same happened with protein—when I ordered tofu, I received half a serving, which felt ridiculous for the price I’m paying.
The value just isn’t there. It’s hard to justify paying premium prices when the portions are skimpy and you have to insist just to get a fair serving. Smiles are nice, but they don’t make up for poor service.
It really feels like management has changed, because the standards I used to appreciate at this location are gone. I’m disappointed, and unless things improve, I’ll be reconsidering my visits.

BIBIBOP: Now Serving Mistakes With a Side of Attitude
Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Bibibop. I placed a pick-up order on the app for 4 bowls from the N Hamilton Rd Gahanna location. THREE out of the four bowls were wrong. One missing extras I paid for, one missing broccoli entirely, and one with the completely wrong base.
I tried calling the location — the number listed routes to a corporate line, then transfers you to the store… which goes straight to voicemail. No way to actually speak to anyone.
I sent my son back to fix the two worst mistakes. The manager argued with him instead of apologizing or fixing the issue. She claimed she “couldn’t tell” if the base was wrong because it had been mixed — as if customers are supposed to eat from the bottom first to check her work. She finally remade the bowls, but STILL messed it up. Instead of just adding broccoli to the one bowl, she made a completely different bowl altogether.
So after two trips, wasted time, and multiple arguments, I still ended up with a wrong order. Terrible customer service, zero accountability, and apparently no way to reach the store directly.
Save yourself the frustration — this location clearly doesn’t care about accuracy or customers.

Qe always come here and we like it , but the last couple times i wanted to turn around after speaking with the person serving us the food , the attitude makes you feel unwelcomed and even i felt bothered, i hope things change , same thing happened to my wife just now at maxtown location, thats ehat made me write the review....

The quality of the service, food, and atmosphere is always high at every location. Also, being someone who has a tree nut allergy. They are proudly peanut free! You will not be disappointed by this place.
