Literally the most disappointing breakfast I have ever had. I got an omelette and it took over 20 minutes to come out and we were the only people in here. bland and drenched in oil. i couldn’t even eat through half of it. even the fruit was underripe. sad truly. way overpriced.

Only two people working. Lots of tables left uncleaned. Buffet was lacking food. We left before placing order.

Excellent experience during the stay for our sons Osu  orientation. Very friendly, very clean and organized. Allowed me to use their electrical charger for my car. Great location to visit Osu.

I had high expectations of the food and service here but it’s rather disappointing. I had a weekday breakfast buffet $16 since I was in a rush and did not want to wait for ala carte order but the variety is sad and the food is not warm. They only had a few hot food like scrambled eggs, sausage/bacon, hashbrown and pancakes. There are some fruits but other than that it’s not worth the money for the quality. Will not recommend the buffet breakfast

Great experience. I met up with some friends before the spring game at OSU. We were seated right away and it wasnt long before the waiter came and took our order. The food and drinks were exceptional as well as the ambiance. Just a good time overall, and it is right across the street from the stadium.

Great hotel, clean, friendly staff, comfortable. From the moment I arrived until I left, the staff was professional and helpful. This is a hotel that I would enjoy staying at again. The room was clean, modern and cozy. It was a great set up to work from.

Great place to stay and the customer service was great!!!! I would highly recommend The Blackwell to others that will be traveling to Columbus for business and/or pleasure. It would be extremely pleasant for other Big Ten campus to have a hotel on their campus with high quality.

Great place to stay in with perfect location. The room was clean and the staff members were friendly. I highly recommend the stay in this hotel. They have an excellent location especially if you’re looking for something close to the OSU.

This was our first time staying at the Blackwell the hotel staff was friendly and accommodating took care of anything we had issue with. We will definitely be back!!! Excellent Service from start to finish!!!

I stayed here for a business trip for two nights. It's a great location; on the OSU campus, very close to everything, and in view of the stadium. Parking garage is right down the street. Friendly and professional staff. The look and vibe is nice and the rooms are spacious.
