This experience was confusing and exhausting—two bank trips, mixed messages, and a refund that didn’t match what was offered. I recommend looking elsewhere for an event venue.
We a refund. Instead of reversing our card, they mailed two checks—one didn’t clear, the second couldn’t be cashed until days later—and the amount was partial, not full. Frustrating from start to finish. Do not recommend.

We ordered carryout catering for our daughter’s baby shower at our home and we loved it — definitely recommended! Everything was so fresh and tasty — a perfect buffet for our event. I also appreciated how carefully everything was plated and packaged with little signs identifying what each dish was, bamboo plates and plasticware sets wrapped in napkins. We’ll definitely use Bleu & Fig in the future!

We had a baby shower brunch today at Bleu & Fig and we fell in love with the beautiful venue and the staff!! The food was delicious and they were so easy to work with. We had family from Charlotte, NC, Myrtle Beach, SC, Huntington, WV, Gallipolis, OH and Columbus, OH.

Not only is the food absolutely delicious (shout out to Chef Brooke!) but the team has always treated us like gold. They are attentive, accommodating and their kindness does not go unnoticed. What happened:
• Mid-June: My fiancée and I met with the owner. We were told the venue’s six picnic tables cannot be moved—a big surprise, and not something we’ve encountered at other venues.
• After we expressed concern, the owner verbally offered a refund, which we accepted.
• When we asked to reverse the credit-card charge, the owner refused and said they would mail a check instead.
• Check #1: Arrived late and did not clear at Chase (reason not provided).
• Check #2: Dated a Tuesday, but Chase told us the maker requested it not be cashed until Friday.
• The refund also turned out to be partial, not the full amount we were promised.
