Went there one morning after working night shift. I was the first customer of the day. Staff was very friendly. Hands down the best food I have ever eaten at a Bob Evans. Not sure who the cook was that morning that he/she was on point.

Lately we have been using the BOB EVANS on Bethel Rd for take-out dinners. The food is delicious, the serving size is good and the platters have been consistently ready on time when ordered and paid for on-line. The accuracy of the orders has also been consistent. Would highly recommend.

I keep ordering take out, and then face palming when I am reminded of the poor level of service. Today a gentleman was waiting ahead of me and it took a while for anyone to address him despite my efforts to wave someone over. This happens every time, as if no one wants to deal with the take out orders.
