I typically love Bob Evans restaurants, but today's experience wasn't the norm. I ordered a bowl of sausage gravy with biscuits, and the gravy was barely warmer than room temperature. I also noticed that the wait staff assigned to my table looked very sloppy with unkempt clothing i.e shirt neck considerably stretched out and general dirty appearance. Definitely not the professional standard I am used to seeing at Bob Evans restaurants.

We went to Bob Evans today and the food took a little longer than usual. The waitress was really great and let us know they have a new cook. The food came out and it was maybe the best food we've had there. Everything was delicious.
