We made a reservation using open Table app. for Valentines Day a week and half in advance. Bravo was not able to locate my reservation even with my email confirmation number. We waited an hour for a table as they had to fit us in. My husband ordered the lazanua and I had the Alfredo. Alfredo was small portion. The langna was a good portion but was not that good. Service was slow as we waited 45 minutes for our food. Waiter was less than engaging. We had to keep asking for bread...
We had reservations for 5 pm and weren't sat until almost 6. We were prepared for it to be busy, as it was Valentine's Day, however, we were skipped multiple times during seating. Upon being sat, the table wasn't set & we received our salads before our drinks. We observed many other tables being ignored throughout the two and a half hours we were there. On a Friday night.... understaffed and overwhelmed. The waiter openly bitched about seating customers right in front of us. Waited for food and drinks for a long time. Used to be our " to go" place for a nice night out for dinner. Probably wont be back.
