Adam's Eden | Food Truck offers great food and great people. The food is decent and everyone enjoyed it. The chicken and rice is a highlight; the teriyaki chicken is delicious, flavorful, and tender, with amazing flavors. The rice has enough flavor on its own, and the sauce is perfect, not greasy at all. However, the food truck was in rough shape, looking shady, and employees were unprofessional, loudly discussing personal lives and swearing. Despite this, the employees were nice, and customers are always excited to see the truck parked outside black sheep for a meal. Highly recommended.
