“Paid $80 for an uber eats order of wings and fish and chips. Ordered extra blue cheese and extra tarter sauce. Both things central to our meal...didn't get any sauce. This is extremely annoying and frankly I'm absolutely sick and tired of basic things like this getting missed on orders. The meal is literally ruined over something so minor...do better.

Edit. While I'm keeping the above message intact, the original "service" 1 star review really was an angry culmination of repeated order delivery errors from a multitude of resturants, not just Barelys. In fact, we still ate our meal the next day (with newly acquired sauces) and I have to admit the food was awesome. Additionally, we received a very friendly and prompt response from Jason the GM who graciously accepted the feedback and pledged to spread my frustration, so it's only right to update the service to 5. Mistakes happen, and yes I was angry, but their immediate and professional response deserves a rescore. We will be giving Barleys another go and I'm confident my future review with be 5 stars across the board, from the start.“

“The best service hands-down by Sara. She was patient, knowledgeable and worked her butt off to ensure we had a great time. Our visit was an impromptu trip with friends to see the live comedy show. The whole vibe of this place from the food to the beer, atmosphere and the people are awesome. What a hidden gem.“

“the service was very good and the steak tritip with chicken was tender and very tasty. However, the mixed vegetables were overcooked and the portion was small. I complained to the server and was told that they were crispy because the veggies are cooked in the pizza oven. I was at the Tuttle location in Columbus Ohio today at 6:50PM.“

“We walked in and was greeted immediately. Our waitress was really nice and attentive. We asked her suggestions since it was our first time there. She was really great to discuss the menu. “Michael went above and beyond in helping me acquire some barrel aged Dire Wolf when I was home for the holidays. I knew Wolf Ridge had some of the best barrel aged beer — not just in the state — but anywhere. Now I know the same is true of their service! Cheers!“

“The long tables and benches were unique. I was a bit challenged moving the bench and sliding in past the table leg, but I was successful. The food was great. The wife enjoyed her glazed salmon, along with her potato pancakes appetitizer (she loves these). The Cap City Spatzle was very good and I would have it again. However, should we return, I'll give the "wurst" items a try. The noise level was a bit much for us old folk. I felt I was yelling at my wife when talking. Overall, it was a great experience and something we'd do again.“
