Has really gone downhill. No draft, many menu items not available. The waitress kept saying the menu was new, and then would tell us items were no longer on it. Long delays for basic items like the meatball and spaghetti. The chicken limone had no flavor. They had one other party, but other than that did not appear to be busy. Many excuses, but no visit from a manager to apologize, just seems like no one cares about the customers. One person in our party as there for a business...
Only complaint would be that reservation were for 745 and did not get seated until 840 after checking in several times. Watched an entire lobby full of people get seated and never got seated until I asked a final time and there was nobody left in the lobby
We visited this location while in town for a conference. Tyler provided amazing service and the food was delicious. We would highly recommend this restaurant!
