I work nearby (less than 0.2 mi. away), so it’s extremely convenient to order pickup when I want something other than cafeteria food. It was a little disappointing to see they no longer have a pickup shelf. Instead, you crowd around a kitchen door past your pickup time with others… as staff members ask you your name and disappear - just for another staff member to ask the same… rinse, repeat. I order doordash all the time from the Grandview Chipotle, and this one is considerably much worse. Less chips, less meat, less everything. Haven't gotten inedible or destroyed food (yet) but I'm going to go somewhere else when getting delivery at work from now on.

Best Chipotle I've been to in Columbus. One time this girl made a perfect burrito. Looked just like the commercial. I had a lot in it too. It's rare you see them roll a perfect burrito (it's harder than you think). Staff is fast and friendly.
