Glad to see I wasn’t the only one with issues at this Starbucks. Waited more than 15 minutes for them to make the wrong drink. I even checked twice to ask what was up with the drink and clearly said what we were waiting on. “Oh yeah it’s coming”. The wrong drink took almost 20 minutes, thanks 👍🏻
At least they were good about refunding. But 5 people working, and it wasn’t that busy… Clearly terribly managed, complete opposite...read full review
Scheduled an order ahead, received the drink 75 minutes later and food item was cancelled by them for some reason and never refunded. Maybe put a cap on the orders you’re receiving. Misleading people on the time they’ll receive their order is not okay.
The clerk at the counter was wonderful, I appreciate how patient she was to explain the differences between certain beverages to a Canadian member of my party who rarely set foot in a Starbucks. Great service here, they are very quick, and accurate!
