Kooma Sushi Restaurant is a nice small sushi spot conveniently beside the convention center in downtown Columbus. It is a tiny locally owned business tucked away to the side with a quiet vibe, comfortable atmosphere, and kind, friendly waitstaff. The food tastes good, with a huge variety of sushi and food. The sushi is on point, and the 2004 roll, salmon nigiri, scallop nigiri, Erin roll, classic Philly and Alaska rolls are mentioned. The chicken dumpling soup is delicious with a rich beef broth. Prices are kinda high for simple rolls with little food, but the lunch box is little better, and there is great value for what you’re getting. Paired with some sake, it is a wonderful dinner date place with even better service.
