You may have better luck showing up an hour after your reservation. It’s crowded in the wait area and smells all kinds of funky. We made a reservation 2 weeks in advance and still sat in the waiting area for 30 minutes before we heard some people before us had been waiting an hour. Do not recommend. We didn’t even get to eat here because he had stuff planned afterwards 👎
Tyler served our large group of 14 ladies tonight extremely well! He was polite, kind, and very thorough. He did an amazing job and I would highly recommend Buca, its food, and Tyler to serve you!
If it weren’t for a server named Anthony, I would be giving a 1 star. The restaurant was very busy and overbooked. It was a Blue Jackets game night. So once we arrived for our 5:30 reservation they told us we wouldn’t get seated until after 6 because the servers are all overwhelmed and can’t handle more tables.
