Wasn’t a surprise to see that every review is negative. We have been to this Chipotle 3 times and all 3 have been terrible experiences. The last one (yesterday) they were out of steak and the girl made a fuzz about them having to make more and kept trying to put 3-4 pieces of steak in our bowls and call it a day.Workers are rude, most of them have their headphones on while they serve so they don’t hear what you say.I love Chipotle, but this makes me not want to go anymore.

They are always well stocked on most things. I usually get a fountain drink with my burrito bowl.Vegetarian options: I got double sofritos. I was full after eating it.

Rude employees that are just sitting around not doing anything. Stood at the counter for a few mins before anyone even spoke to me. Everyone seemed to be pissed to be working. Food quality was terrible: lettuce was old. Not many options downtown for food I’m assuming that’s the only way they’ve stayed open.

Clearly not a single one of these employees graduated 8th grade or have a shred of an idea of what’s going on. They stare at you and don’t try to help, can’t get simple details of an order correct. Abysmal. The manager and owner should let the moronic bank go hay have them a loan know they’re a mentally challenged organization so they can change their risk profile and raise the interest rate.

They are unprepared, lines out the door.They keep running out of meat. Let's get the meat going and keep making meat. You can see the line to the door. Actually unacceptable at a location next to am arena. The manager should have the arena schedule and be acting accordingly.Expect much more from Chipotle..... we might actually have to get out of line. Been here 15 to 20 mins and still 18 people I'm front of us and approx 25 behind us.

I work nearby (less than 0.2 mi. away), so it’s extremely convenient to order pickup when I want something other than cafeteria food. It was a little disappointing to see they no longer have a pickup shelf. Instead, you crowd around a kitchen door past your pickup time with others… as staff members ask you your name and disappear - just for another staff member to ask the same… rinse, repeat. Oh, and this position gives a great view of the super messy servery area. I get it, in a rush things get messy but a clean dishcloth swipe is that little detail customers standing on the other side of the glass might appreciate. Another staff member finally emerges from the back with my food. I get all the way back to my desk to realize my paid order is missing a few things. I should’ve checked before leaving. What was in the bag was delicious, though.

This Manager argue with me back-and-forth about using the red chipotle bowl to get my salsa mixed and kept telling me how much it was costing more and I told her several times I didn’t care about the cost. She tried to belittle me and make me feel crazy while I’m just trying to buy lunch. Also, they didn’t have anything freshly out everything was down to the bare minimum and she was making special orders for some guys. I think she thought was cute horrible experience.

I never leave reviews but this Chipotle is so consistently bad I had no other choice. I hate the fact that this is the closest chipotle to me because I’d rather eat glass than this low quality garbo. Workers don’t care at all about what they’re doing in there.

I order doordash all the time from the Grandview Chipotle, and this one is considerably much worse. Less chips, less meat, less everything. Haven't gotten inedible or destroyed food (yet) but I'm going to go somewhere else when getting delivery at work from now on.

the place was very dirty, the hot sauce was mixed with the cream, the preparation table was very dirty and they had no baskets to serve the burrito, the meat portion consisted of 7 little pieces that were dry and old, I had to ask for one extra portion of barbecue to give it some flavor (it was delicious) without a doubt it is the dirtiest chipotle I have ever been to.

Best Chipotle I've been to in Columbus. One time this girl made a perfect burrito. Looked just like the commercial. I had a lot in it too. It's rare you see them roll a perfect burrito (it's harder than you think). Staff is fast and friendly.
