You are suppose to be open until 2am and you turned your lights off on me while I was at the intercom trying to order at 12am. Nobody said sorry we are closed or anything...just turned the menu lights and building lights off on me and another customer behind me. I didn’t really appreciate it! Very rude!!!
After having a horrible birthday weekend I was hoping my late night stop to buger king would make it better. I know it was 30 minutes before close and I apologized to the workers, but I got entirely screwed on my food. If you can’t accommodate my requests then inform me because I just wasted 15$ for food that looked to gross to eat. Absolutely dreadful customer service. I'm a gig economy delivery driver and stopped here to pick up an order for someone else tonight. App I was using required a photo of the receipt, and clerk deliberately tried to avoid giving me one. I saw him set it aside. When I said I needed one, asked me why the f**k I needed one anyway.
