On 10/25/2024 I went through this burger king for lunch. At the time I didn't realize the employee working the drive through didn't give me my card back. Instead of throwing the card away or try to get my attention, one of the employees promptly used my card to purchase almost $200 of goods.

I wanted to take a moment to share some feedback regarding our recent experience at your location. In the past, my family and I stopped coming due to poor service. However, we decided to give it another try, and we are glad we did.
The night shift crew exceeded our expectations with their great customer service. In particular, the gentleman handling the food at the second window was exceptionally friendly and displayed amazing customer service skills.
Thanks to this positive experience, we will definitely be returning.

I stopped going to this Burger King a couple years ago because they consistently messed up the orders and the customer service was terrible. Went today on a whim. It hasn’t gotten better. My burger was ok, but the onion rings were not full and they were half onion rings and half fries. Worst part was the atmosphere. The drive thru lady was yelling at the manager? Who was yelling at the girl on the register. I could hear them through the closed drive thru window. When I went inside because of the onion ring issue, they were yelling at each other. The customer in front of me asked the cashier if the chocolate shake was good. The cashier said she didn’t know, she didn’t eat there. Then a delivery guy came in carrying a large bag from Wing Stop with food for the employees. I just gave up. I won’t be back.

I'm not giving any stars. Me and my husband stood there just waiting for someone to take our order and the people in front of us we thought were in line worked there. People kept walking past the counter and then finally the employee who was talking came around the counter and helped us. The food was barely warm and the people are ghetto period. Horrible service and a horrible experience. I don't even want to give a star.

This is about the fifth time that I’ve ordered from here and I’ve just gotten straight up with the wrong food and they’ve refused to give me a refund fix my order or anything. I’m absolutely done with this place.

Seems like whoever does the hiring at this location always, consistently hires the worst people. They don't know how to provide good customer service, how to be polite, how to say thank you or even allow you to finish ordering without talking over you and making you repeat it. The food didn't even make up for the trash customer service because it wasn't made how I ordered it and it wasn't fresh. If I could give it a -1 star I would.
