Terrific folks. I needed help on cake decoration items and they were sooo helpful. I had no idea how much cake decoration tools would cost and I walked out very happy with the price I paid for my items.

I have been here many times. The customer service is the best! This is my only local store now that Happy Hostess is sold and no longer a baking store. I sure hope Cake Craft stays around for a long time. I would like it to carry the 5lb. bags of confectioners sugar. I also LOVED the Happy Hostess chocolate supply. Clasen's is a favorite! And the decorations-colors of sugars, and jimmies. Special original jimmies combinations were great.

First time customer and I will definitely be a forever customer. The level of customer service I received was above and beyond my expectations. I ordered several custon edible images a day prior and at the last minute, right before closing I ordered another. I had issues with the image in my phone but KK came to the rescue with her exceptional customer service.
