We've had normally good service here, only a few little mistakes. Today I waited 40 minutes past the quoted delivery time. Our 2 pizzas were burnt on top and cold and the wings were cold. Donatos is too expensive to get service like this.
Pizza is perfect every time
This location used DoorDash to deliver my order. The driver was holding my pizza sideways. I have saw the bag hit his car a couple of times. The toppings of my pizza was mostly on the top and backside of the box instead of on the pie. Highly disappointed with this delivery service. I thought it was given knowledge to hold pizza horizontally to the ground and not vertically.
