Placed an online order around 1pm today. Was told delivery would happen at 1:37 pm. Food did not arrive until 2:30 and was cold. Breadsticks were hard and unpleasant to eat. Ordered 2 big don subs with extra peppers and got virtually no peppers, virtually no lettuce, a pinch of ham and virtually no dressing. Genuinely poor experience from this location and will not be ordering from here again.

Order the Mariachi beef pizza tonight, the driver,used my pizza box as an umbrella ,while walking to the door,threw it on the step in front of my door and left, pizza and box were totally soaking wet and cold from the rain and there was no sour cream for the pizza. This is ridiculous for a $28 pizza, It was not edible, and went in the trash

Waited in the drive thru line for 20 mins,only to receive my order made incorrectly. The cashier also has his pants sagging so bad that his rear and and private parts were near inches away from the food. It was so bad, that he might as well have just been working in his underwear. His pants were around his thighs. That's extremely unsanitary and unprofessional. Bad service, makes the order wrong, full of teenagers that don't know what they're doing, and don't care to do better. Save yourself the headache and go to the one up the road on Tamarack Circle.

We ordered a pizza that had gooey, undone crust. My husband went back and had them remake it but the 2nd pizza was the same. We called back and requested a refund and were told that it would be refunded. It's been over a week and no refund! I would never recommend this location! I can't even speak to a manager when I call.

Ordered through Doordash, so I can't comment on service or atmosphere (hence the mid reviews for both), but the food we received- 2 large pizzas and cheesy bread- were straight up raw. Like they were cooked in the way that la croix is fruit flavored- only in theory. They're legitimately going to make people sick if they continue turing out food like this. We had to put it back in the oven ourselves in order to eat any of it, minus 1 of the pizzas, which in addition to being raw was also made with the wrong toppings. Never again.

Truly this location doesn't want any business. I stood in the lobby for 15-minutes. Three employees walk by me and all around me. Never said hello, how can I help you, nor can I take your order. I use to go her all the time. I'll never go again. Horrible staff.

I called and ordered a pizza on may 9th they took my money and a tip off my credit card and never delivered my food I called 10 times no one ever answered the phone . I went to the store on may 10. A very unhelpful man name Cory was there he Kept saying he was not there yesterday he doesn’t know what to do. He refused to give me my money back, I showed him my bank statement. He went and printed out some irrelevant paperwork saying the last order was may 6tg even though I showed him the charge from may 9th he told me there is nothing he can do. So my kids and I sat hungry and lost money. I will never order from a donatos again

I love Donatos food but her service she provided was "HORRIBLE"I ordered a Don Italian sub and I paid for extra salami and ham. I checked the Sun before I left and she just put a few pieces of ham. It was a freakin joke. I paid $16 plus dollars for the sub, so at least she could have given me what I paid for. I told Emma I wasn't happy with the sub and burned marks on it and she said I can refund it for you vs having a good attitude and making it right. From the moment I pulled up she looked like she hates her job on her face. She was not welcoming with no smiles. She had a really stank attitude and not willing to make things right. She later told me if she makes another one it will be the same which was trash job. Is this the service Emma is representing Donatos as a general manager?

Better if used the drive thru pick up window. Delivery very slow and pizza ice cold by the time it was delivered. Door Dash is terrible. Will not order for delivery if I know in advance Door Dash is

We ordered our dinner 1.5 hours ago. my husband was at the pickup window at the assigned time. 30 minutes later and he is still at the window waiting for the second half of our order. Something is not right at this location.
