I got the chicken ramen bowl (no egg) and it was delicious! I ordered through street food finder and got a text when it was ready, right on time and hot. It had a lot of flavor and filled with tender chicken.
They had 1 choice of ramen and it was not good. The egg was over cooked, the ramen broth tasted more like a plain chicken stock or soup rather than an actual ramen broth. Not a lot of flavor in general. The chicken being shredded threw me off as well, not a lot of seasoning on it.
I didn't expect a food truck called Capital Ramen to have the best chili dogs I've ever had...I'm not a big ramen guy, which could be because my extensive experience with ramen extends to packaged ramen you heat up at home. So when this food truck was in the area, I figured I'd best stick to my lunch. One of my colleagues advised me that they have chilli dogs on their menu.
