On Monday, November 1, 2021, I attended an Ohio State basketball game with my wife, brother and sister-in-law. After the game, the four of us wanted to get something to eat and our internet search showed that Champps at Lennox had food until 10:00. When we got to the restaurant, there were a total of five other customers. The person who greeted us was "Howard" and he told us that he was the only employee working the floor and the bar. The waitress was overworked, but was still pleasant in spite of it. Asked for my burger to be put on sourdough, came back on a bun ?. Ordered mashed potatoes, they were cold. Atmosphere was nice enough, but it took the food nearly an hour to arrive, and then... So, although I joined the rewards club, not sure I'll be back to enjoy rewards. It was Labor Day and they had about 20% capacity.

Lexi was the best server we have ever had. She was so outgoing and she is stunning. We eat out 3 times a week and have never had such a wonderful experience. We even noticed her helping guests that were not her tables. It would be nice if every server was like her. Thank you Lexi for the wonderful experience.
