I’ve been coming to this Charley’s for several years, commuting from anywhere I’ve lived in the metro Columbus area.
It is hands down the best Charley’s in the area. Bread is always super soft, food is fresh and the staff is nice.
I’ve never had a problem with this location.
I typically enjoy eating at Charleys, however, the food here seemed to be thrown together without any real care. It's disappointing that the best part of the meal was the horribly underseasoned fries. For $15-$20 per person, I'll be passing on this place in the future.
I visited here recently and I order on a Kiosk. I ordered a regular fry and a diet coke, The fries had been sitting by the fryer and it almost tasted like they had been sitting out for a while. I took them to another store were my girlfriend was working which wasn't far, it was in the mall. The fries weren't good the diet coke was fine, but definitely go to Chick Fil A or popeyes if you're wanting GOOD fries.

This was a delivery order of 3 chessesteak subs. There was no vegetables just meat, cheese, and bread. The meat extremely over cooked.
Chicken Philly is perfect and their fries are like none other—crisp on the outside but soft & tender on the inside. Lemonade is worth the trip alone!
Dining room is dated and wood booths need updated.
Though a little hard to understand they were very kind. Food is piping hot and was so very good! There were banana peppers on my sandwich though I asked for now however the quality of food and service with a true smile from the woman placing food on the tray made it not even worthy to complain! Thank you for an awesome diner 20 minites before you closed.

Nobody speaks English!! so they didn't understand me placing my order OR.. requesting my onions and green peppers to be put on the grill and cooked with the meat. They cooked the meat and put raw onions and peppers on the bread. Even asked her while she was cooking to put the onions on the grill. Just Go to another location. Trust me

Can’t speak English only 1 person that can speak English what is the world becoming into ? I Oder a meal they gave me a Philly chicken with no fries first she got the Oder wrong then forget the fries like come on now . They are messing Orders up literally they don’t understand anything like at all .

I ordered 2 sandwiches one steak and one chicken, they gave me 2 steaks one was plain with nothing on it the person who took the order spoke English no excuse

Walked in with my family of four - restaurant was completely empty with customers. 6 people behind the counter “working” - my family stood at the register for 5 minutes not one person welcomed us or said anything at all. Finally to be greeted by the most non friendly welcome to Charlie’s with such attitude. I questioned if they even wanted our business and if we should just leave. The gentleman behind the counter looked at me as if he didn’t care. We chose to leave - will never come back.

Walked in at 7:30 and when I walked in I immediately got mean mugging faces .
The staff was already cleaning everything and seem like they were done cleaning the grill so obviously when we walked in they were upset . When I got to the register the cashier took our order in a very rude way . Thankfully we were not the only customers that walked it a few others walked in and in notice they receive the same attitude from the cashier . When the order was ready the cashier yelled the number 3 . Which I was completely lost and I asked him nicely “ is that our order” and he responded “ I said it is order 3” with an attitude and that when I told him in “ please don’t talk to me that way “ and that’s when he apologized . At the end of the day I get why they would be upset but it was 30 minutes until closing time but I don’t understand why they would clean everything knowing there would be a possibility of customers coming in during those 30 minutes.
